The Softlines software suite has 3 major components:

• A Development Planner
• A Financial Planner
• A Management and Monitoring System

The Development Planner helps you to create a comprehensive business plan by using a step-by-step approach. The help screens guide you through the research process and the summarising and presentation of data. (view demo)

The Financial Planner enables you to use your research results to plan your services and instantly view the results of any changes to your project proposal (view demo):

• Charge for service or product
• Service session timing and frequency
• Sales/income over time
• Staff salaries and on costs
• All other income and expenditure

A Management and Monitoring system is available to keep track of multiple projects. A corporate user (as in a Local Authority for Extended Services for Schools) can track the progress of all projects using a database supported by MSWord templates for monitoring reports.

The Softlines software suite has been designed as a flexible system that can be easily customised to work in different contexts.
